The one-time plan includes hosting and a domain worth up to €30 per year for the first two years; subsequent renewals are charged separately at an agreed price. The software licence remains a one-time purchase. Website creation, the direct booking form and Rooms integration are included at no extra cost in every plan. Additional bespoke development is agreed separately. External platform fees and commissions are not included. Monthly pricing starts at €29.99 depending on your property’s needs. Scope, tax treatment, terms and timelines are agreed before ordering. Online card payments are not yet enabled; no payment is taken on this page. Independent properties are configured separately. The automatic invoicing module is included in the one-time plan scope but is not yet active.

Your name, email and description are stored on Servago's server to process your enquiry. Do not submit guest data, passwords or card details. Successful submission is confirmed with a reference number.

Can my website accept direct bookings?

Yes. We offer two options: adding a direct booking form to your existing website or building a new website connected to Rooms. Guests book with you, and reservations are collected in the platform. Direct bookings can reduce reliance on intermediaries and commission costs; savings depend on their share and the terms of the platforms you use. Website creation and Rooms integration are free in every plan. We agree compatibility and delivery dates before implementation.

I am not confident with computers. Can I use it?

Start with the demo: no registration is needed and you cannot change real data. Then tell us how you work. Initial setup is tailored to your rooms, services and team.

Do I need to install an app?

No. Open Rooms in the browser on your phone, tablet or computer with an internet connection.

Does the demo show real guest information?

No. It is a separate, read-only sample property with fictional guests and reservations.

Will it suit my type of property?

The core is designed for small hotels, guest houses and villas. Describe your rooms, team and facilities so we can agree on the right setup. The interface is available in Bulgarian and English.

What does the one-time plan include?

For €2,999 as a one-time payment: management of up to 5 independent properties with separate data, included hosting on Hetzner servers in Nuremberg, Germany, or deployment on your own server; a website with direct bookings, a domain worth up to €30 per year and two years of free technical support and updates. An automatic accommodation invoicing module with download by reservation number is also included, with activation pending. Scope and delivery dates are agreed before ordering.

Can I pay online now?

Not yet. The virtual POS integration is prepared but is not active. You first receive a specific quote and terms. The form does not collect card details or take a payment.

Does it replace accounting?

No. Rooms supports operational reporting. Accounting, tax documents and fiscal reporting remain separate processes.
